What we do

We provide full-service construction alongside specialist passive fire protection and firestopping sealing penetrations, fire-rated compartmentation, and compliance surveys that keep buildings safe and insurable.

Why choose us

Our teams hold up-to-date fire safety certifications and follow current Building Regulations (Part B) on every job. We combine general contracting expertise with dedicated firestopping know-how, so compliance isn’t an afterthought it’s built in from day one.

Our Mission

To raise the standard of fire safety in construction by making certified, code-compliant firestopping a standard part of every build we touch not a last-minute fix.

General Contracting

Full project management for new builds, extensions, and refurbishments, from planning through handover.

Electrical Systems

Safe, compliant electrical installation and rewiring for commercial and residential projects.

Infrastructure Works

We deliver the groundwork and infrastructure that larger construction projects depend on drainage, access roads, utility runs, and site preparation

Architectural Design

We provide design and planning support for new builds, extensions, and refurbishments working alongside your build to make sure fire safety and compartmentation requirements are designed in from the start, not retrofitted afterward.

Resconstruction Services

Structural alterations, repairs, and reconstruction for buildings needing remedial work or refurbishment.

Civil Works

Groundwork, drainage, and infrastructure works supporting larger construction and refurbishment projects.

Why Work With Us?

We pair general construction capability with specialist, certified firestopping — most contractors offer one or the other, not both under one roof.

Compliance First

Every fire-stopping job is documented and certified, giving you paperwork you can hand straight to building control or your insurer.

Meet the Team

Experienced tradespeople and certified fire-safety installers working as one crew, not subcontracted out piecemeal.

Business24-5 sorted our fire compartmentation issues quickly and gave us certificates we could hand straight to building control.
